X-Factor/Superstar Abilities won’t show up in game.

I’ve tried everything. In franchise mode I’ve made sure my coordinators have the X factor trait unlocked, I’ve gone into edit player and switched their player trait around, made sure abilities were on in settings. Nothing. Completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game-nothing. Deleted every saved roster and draft class I had (not sure why this would fix it but read it somewhere)-nothing. Even in offline quickplay the abilities will show up for the other team but never for my players. Is my game just bugged or am I missing something?
