[Xbox] Old Gen Madden 25 kicking to dashboard

Whenever I Try Loading in Madden 25 I Either Get Kicked or when I does Load In I Try Loading Into MUT just when it’s about to Load In I Get Kick Out Completely and have to Load Up the Game again

can we try the following first on your console?

1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
2. Perform a power cycle.
3. Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
4. Reinstall the game. If you're using an external hard drive, consider installing it on the internal drive to see if that helps.
5. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games

If this continues we might want to reach out to our support to check your account.

It's a server issue. You have to go offline. No Internet to enter madden 25 xbox old Gen. I have the same problem. Turned the internet off and it worked.

It's a temp fix for now.
