Old Gen Madden 25 game loads and once you try to click into any other part of the game it attempts to load and then kicks you back to the Xbox home screen. Anybody else on Old Gen experiencing this as well?
Turn off game transcription in Xbox settings. It worked.

@Rangers306 it's a issue with online modes. Only the ones that don't need internet work.
I might just refund the game it’s not working

That’s what I did
currently, Madden 25 is only playable while the console is offline. As soon as I go online, the game will crash me out to the dashboard within the minute.
This means:
-I can’t play online with other people.
- I can’t download new draft classes for my franchise mode.
- I can’t progress within achievements and cosmetics.
- I cant access MUT.
- I can’t access h2h
- I can’t access updated rosters as moves keep happening.
Pretty frustrated to pay my hard earned money just to receive a game on which I can only access about 50% of its functionalities.
I don’t play enough to buy a new gem console. If you can’t make sure that the game works on old gen consoles, don’t make it available for people to spend their money on it!

I am having same issues. The only workaround is unlinking your EA account and making a new EA account and linking your gamer tag to it. I don’t think EA will acknowledge this 🤷🏻♂️
Ya the only way to is to unlink EA account, make new EA account and link your gamertag to it. I doubt EA will acknowledge anyone with the Xbox one version crashing on startup.
