2 Draft Event Wins Not Tracked (Sinister)

On Oct 25th I won 2 draft event games that were never tracked. I went on to win 5 in a row (flawless run) and then lost. In the end I only was rewarded for 3 games. If this had happened in a regular head to head game I wouldn't care, but for the draft event winning 5 games was already hard enough. I definitely don't want to lose that flawless run. I was directed here by the help chat, and was told an EA manager would reach out and get this resolved.
