MUT Server Errors After 02/19 Maintenance
Hey, Folks We are receiving reports from the community that after the Madden server maintenance, they are not able to connect to MUT modes and are being disconnected from the servers while playing or finishing matches. Are you getting the following error while connecting to MUT or during/after a match? We are looking to get info from the community on this error or other errors you may receive while trying to connect to online modes, or while in a match in any online mode. What we need from you: EA ID/Steam ID Platform Which console generation do you have? What is your Gamertag/PSN ID? Date/time issue originally occurred? Summarize your bug: What type of issue do you have? Which mode has this happened in? Which part of the mode? Missing H2H Ranked Rewards
As many others have stated, I'm missing my ultimate team H2H ranked rewards for session 6. For awareness, I logged in to ultimate team Saturday, March 1, 2025 around 1:00pm EST and navigated to Head to Head mode. I selected "Season Recap" for ranked H2H and nothing happened; no rewards were displayed, no recap of my season, nothing. I returned to the ultimate team title screen and didn't have any packs to open. I navigated to My Items and searched for my rewards and there was nothing. Oddly enough, I took pictures of my rank a few days prior to the season ending as I was talking to my brother about my progress this season. I ended up finishing the season around 4,100 ranking points. I attached these pictures for reference. Does anyone know if there is a support ticket of sorts I can submit to EA? I'd like to highlight this issue and I'm happy to also highlight the fact this is a problem for a lot of players out there. I work in the change management space in my day job so I'm familiar with the support ticket process and all that goes with it. Imagine the MUT developers will have a pretty tough Monday tomorrow haha.
