2 weeks can’t play

I can’t play anything online got one of your team members to respond but didn’t help I can’t play head to head or any online game mode just says ”Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later” I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling twice checked my internet checked if I’m banned or suspended and I’m not I spent 100$ just to purchase this game this is outrageous I’ve played since 23 and I’ve spent so much money to not be able to play the game I’ve tried everything so I don’t know what else to do
