82-83 sets Make rights

I opened 7 82-83 sets a few days ago and people reportedly got some make rights for this. The glitch was you could only pull 82 BOOM players when you should be able to pull 82s and 83s. Are they still rolling make rights for this or do I just take the L and lose packs.
