94 Vernon Davis legend didn’t receive

I attempted to earn the 94 Vernon Davis te legend from the current legend set. I added the 91 overall cards required and went to redeem my pack and the game said there was a connection error and sent me back to the main screen. When I logged back into my MUT account I had been awarded an 89 overall Vernon Davis te legend card and my 91 ovr cards were gone. Does anyone know how to fix this issue
