Community ManagerThank you for bringing this one up to us. Allow me to shed some light on this. When it comes to refunds, EA can only refund certain purchases as per the refund policy that are made through the EA app.
With these types of purchases, if the pack content is not correct, we send this to the said studio team for review. Once they review that, they decide what happens with the purchase, content, etc. Refunds and compensation are not an action Community Managers or Support can process for players.
We will be more than happy to send this up and have reviewed, but as for any refund on these points, I am afraid that is not a request we can fulfill at this time. Once we have more info on this, we will update players and let them know.

The pack is still in the store with the same odds. I attached a screenshot in my original post. I understand if you can’t do a refund but I should be owed a make right at the least
Community Manager@WeededSpoon9638 Sow hen it comes to a make good, valid request but CMs have no say so in that one. That is, all studio decisions are made on their respective games. I brought it up this morning, so eyes were on it.
