All players fatigued

All of my players start the game fatigued. It doesn’t matter what game mode, example; challenges, solo, practice.

Ive tried making a whole new lineup, subbed everyone out, took out strategy, changed playbook, restarted. Nothing seems to work.

when I say fatigued I mean all players have a half red bar on the energy circle.

any help would be greatly appreciated
