Alot of stuff goin on

Howdy a few things frustrating me right now

1. I still have not received my 88 Rookie Premiers 

2. I did not receive my HHM cards today

3. For the past 6 days I have not received my daily coin pack, I get the strat Item only. My tab says I have packs to open but when I go there it is empty.

4. I cannot buy certain packs in the store such as the season special offers

Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated. I have tried other avenues with EA help and I can't even get their e mail link to work on the EA Help website. I put in my info to proceed  and the link to move to next page is dead.
