Still missing season XP token And all alumni players.its the 17th. Literally tried everything I could. Can EA say the same?

Yes I too opened a support case. That too was a waste of time. Multiple days in between canned responses. I was so excited for CFB and Madden to drop. What a huge let down and epic failure from my perspective. But that’s not what matters. What matters is everyone buying the game and more packs - they don’t give a hoot about the disappointed and frustrated community. 

How can I contact an EA advisor or reach out to them by email?

I'm stuck in a loop and always get back to same (useless) hint and "help" sections without the actually option to submit the missing player issue to them?

Honestly this has spoiled the game for me. Has someone actually received Barkley?

you have to try on help.ea.com - login, select madden 25 - ultimate alumni crossover awards should be in the 'popular help topics' section - when using that link, it should suggest to email costumer service and open a case.

I pre-ordered the Bundle of CFB 25 & Madden 25, on level 50 on CFB 25 College Ultimate Team, and started to play Madden 25 Madden Ultimate Team on Monday at 5pm Cst. I still don’t have any way to upgrade with the item I should've received from CUT by completing level 20 on the season pass (Im on level 19 in Madden 25 now after waiting but I still don't have the token/item to give me XP). I would also like to mention that when I ordered the MVP Bundle Madden 25 was just and add-on on College Football 25 and would not install. I had to contact Microsoft customer service to get Madden 25 deluxe issued to me. 

I've filed a few different cases with Customer Service via email, and I finally managed to get a chat running with them.  I've had coins not get added, Battle Solos points not rewarded, and of course am STILL missing both the XP and Ultimate Alumni cards from CUT despite paying extra for the deluxe versions.  After sending me instructions on clearing my PC's cache and checking system requirements (I'm playing on Xbox), the rep told me that I was unable to get help from them.  They have a script and cannot deviate.  I was told the only way to get issues resolved was posting here.  So, once again, I'm asking for help here.  At this point, people still dealing with this issue shouldn't just get their items.  There should be some sort of make up as well.

There was a glitch in the game a couple of days ago that allowed people to get up to 200 Boom cards for one coin each.  It was fixed immediately.  We are now rapidly approaching a week without rewards and EA hasn't fixed it...

Me too. Can we ever get a madden game that will actually work at release and deliver on what they always promise?...

Unfortunately, that does nothing.  The responses I’ve gotten are form responses that seem unrelated as though the person hasn’t read the complaint.  Then I was told by the person on my case to come here for help.  It’s a feedback loop.

I have the same issue here. I have all three MUT Tip cards but no rewards. I didn't receive an XP boost either. You aren't the only one and it appears EA has no answer either. Waste of money apparently if you don't even get whats promised.
