Another Day, Another Problem
We are at 12 days, and I still have no XP token and no UA players. At this point, I would prefer something else. I already have hit the Season TWO XP token and still have not received the one for Season One. That's absolutely ridiculous.
In the Auction House, coins are not returned when I'm outbid, so I can only use Buy It Now or exit out after every bid and wait to be outbid before trying to hurry back in and win the auction.
And now a new one...in Solo Battles, the game now skips regulation! The clock reads 00:00 to start. There's an opening kickoff. I have not returned one for a TD and neither has the AI, but I assume it would basically end the game because after that kickoff, it goes straight to the end of the quarter, then the end of the half, then the end of the third quarter, then the end of regulation. That's right, there is no regulation time played. It then goes to 30 minute overtime periods, and each team gets a chance to possess the ball. I wanted to see if it was a fluke the first time, so I played it a second time.
This game is broken, but it's clearly not broken for everyone. Some people haven't had issues. We seem to have been hit by all of them.
I have opened close to a dozen cases with Customer Service. Every rep replies with a different set of requests. None ever provide any help. As soon as I provide the information in return, they stop replying. Last night, I received a request for my email address (sent to my email), the question "Do you have access to this email?" Obviously, given that I'm replying. And then my User ID and EA ID. That's it.
I have never encountered another company that treats its paying customers quite so badly. To let this happen for two weeks while patching issues that impact EA financially is unconscionable. If it weren't for the fact my son keeps wanting to play, I'd delete the game. Instead, he logs on to play every day and is disappointed every day to find it still broken. Shame on you, EA.
