auction house not working madden 25

Question

so i logged on to madden 25 and realized all my coins were gone and my auction house was blocked. and i got a message saying my account was banned for coins. idk if me putting a 94 overall up for 2 million they thought i was buying coins. which wasnt the case. tried and tried again to get ahold of them and no answer. could someone help me. spent too much money to jus give up

Unfortunately we can't help with bans and auction house locks here on the forums. I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team. They can take a look at this for you.

i got&nbsp; a buddy that had something like this happen to him. he spent well ober $1000 on his team and got no help. and that happened to him way back in madden 20. sorry brother but your team is prolly done.
