Banned and my coins stolen

I have been banned from the auction house and my 8,500,000 coins have been reduced to zero.   I have zero affiliation with a 3rd party as I do not even know what that means.  I have spent over $2000 on MUT Madden 25 and would like to know why EA sports would treat someone that spends $2000 a year with them so poorly.    I have yet to receive a response from EA even though I filled out a request form that would remove my ban.  

again.   My question is why would EA Spirts treat me so poorly?     given that I spend $2000 a year and have never used a 3rd party whatever that is.   

I feel that it is very disrespectful to not respond to me.
