Banned for No Reason
I know everyone says "they didn't do nuffin."
The only think I can think of that I did , was post 20 players on the auction house at the same time (for the going rate). I was in the Champion H2H division, not using the Meta.
I've opened several support tickets, they say they can't tell me why, after 20 years and thousands of dollar's spent. I will never touch another EA product , I feel I deserve an answer.
Is there anyway to get an answer other than this:
After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we again found that we actioned your account correctly after it was found to have violated our User Agreement. We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures.
Due to this violation, we will not remove the sanction that was applied to your account.

Our terms of service team are the only ones about to look into and potentially remove bans. If they've decided that the ban was justified, then it will likely stay on the account. You can always try reaching out again, but I'm afraid that they have the final say.
