Banned from Auction House

My ultimate team locked like 15 minutes ago! I’m glad I’m not the only one that is having this problem too.

If your auction house has been locked too, I'd also recommend reaching out to our terms of service team.

I in have been doing my part to reach out to EA regarding my 9m in coins being removed and Auction House closed.     So far I have only found one avenue to reach out to them regarding being wrongfully banned.  I sent in a request form to have my ban lifted.     EA has been unresponsive.    Can someone please offer me another solution other than filling out a form and receiving no response from anyone from EA?

Can you please offer me a solution to have anyone from EA show me that they value me as a customer?

I have spent over $2000 to EA in the past year and do not deserve to be treated like this    

Can you please let me know how I can speak to someone at your terms of service team?

There's a link to our webform in the article I shared above under "How to appeal a ban, lock, or suspension". If you've already reached out, you can check the status of your case here. It can sometimes take up to a few days for them to get back to you, depending on volume.

my case regarding my coins being stolen and a ban issued to me from the auction house has been OVERTURNED.   PLEASE ADVISE ON WHY I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY COINS BACK OR ACCESS TO THE AUCTION HOUSE? 

Please at least acknowledge that I have done everything youEA_QueenBee​  have asked me to do and I have waited since July 18th for a response from EA and still have not received anything.    Please know that the advice you are giving us is not giving the community of paying EA customers answers to questions that we are asking.    EA is lying to you when they tell you that the Terms and Service team will provide us answers.    Please stop marking our concerns with “marked with a solution”.   I still don’t have a solution. 

Did they ever help you? This just happened to me I bought 500 worth of madden points and got banned from auction house for buying an expensive card?

No….nobody ever helps.  Nobody communicates with you.  They just send you on wild goose chases and nothing gets done.  Nobody is willing to have a conversation or even tell you what you are banned for.   They steal your coins and laugh at you.  Mean
