I recently and suddenly had over 2 million coins stolen by EA, got banned from the marketplace, and have been disregarded by EA. I have battled with this same issue for over a week now. I assure you i did NOTHING but play the game respectfully and honestly, only to be banned for "Coin Distribution on Madden."
I have only done two things involving coins: 1) Getting bored with the game and selling players back and forth to create new theme teams, and 2) Getting points by redeeming PlayStation Stars for points. I appealed, only to be told that their initial actions were going to be kept in place. In other words, EA will NEVER, EVER admit their errors, mistakes, or obvious greed.
I have now canceled my EA Play subscription and have contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB). WE should ALL do the same and contact the BBB. Through them - so far - EA basically asked for me to provide proof of my innocence, and told me my only option is to appeal directly to their TOS Team. In return, I have asked for a Discovery, which is ALL "evidence against me - gathered by a HUMAN - which they used for their decision, and is admissible in a court of law. In short, I'm putting my hard-earned Degree to use and going all the way. I'll do all I can to make sure these draconian tactics come to and end.
Too many of us have been used and abused by this company for far too long. Unless they return my coins, remove my ban, and change this unfair process in order to avoid innocent people from going through this, they have lost a very valuable and loyal customer. I will never purchase anything from EA or a subsidiary of their company.
