Campus Hero Point/Training Pack Makerights?

Question

I just seen this morning that EA is granting the makerights for the Campus Heroes program when they accidentally put a player in the store but wasn’t in the game. I’ve seen most people get their makerights, I haven’t received mine yet. And yes, I did open the packs during the time slot that the Simmons was showing in the store. I spent $75 on Madden points trying to pull him and haven’t been granted my makerights yet. I also spent atleast 3000 training trying to get him through the 78+ training campus hero pack. I contacted EA support and they told me to post here hoping for a fix.&nbsp;

Check your time of purchase again as the impacted timeframe is only 14 minutes:&nbsp;

Campus&nbsp;Heroes&nbsp;

An incorrect LTD was displayed on the store during the&nbsp;Campus&nbsp;Heroes program. For players that purchased packs that could contain an LTD during the impacted timeframe&nbsp; will be receiving a GameTime pack per pack purchased.

Impacted timeframe: On 8/29, from 2:16 PM ET to 2:30 PM ET&nbsp;

I also didn't get any makeright packs, and I opened a lot during that time frame.

Also never got my third Ultimate Alumni OR the Game Time pack from Twitch.. I don't understand how this keeps happening.

I bought packs when the store banner said Justin Simmons was in packs. The blog that was put out said people who bought packs between 2:16 and 2:30 would receive a makeright. According to the images posted, the store banner said he was still in packs at 2:43. The other image says the content was created at 2:47 PM, subtract the 4 minutes left in the timer at the bottom in the video and you have 2:43 PM. The makeright listed should be updated to include until atleast 2:43 PM. I bought packs at 2:31 PM and according to the blog, I won’t be receiving makerights even though I have proof that the blog is incorrect.&nbsp;
