Can’t redeem my 85 OVR BND MVP Champion

I've completed all of the Ultimate Alumni challenges and am lvl 43 on the season. I only have 2 of the players available to exchange for the 85 ovr. I've tried every method YT users show by opening/closing the games, rebooting, playing more challenges, etc. I only have 2 of the players available in Madden and am unable to redeem the 85 ovr player. I've attached an image of all 3 notification cards.
