Can’t buy mut packs.

I cannot buy certain packs in ultimate team , says an error has occurred , please try again later . Contact customer service is problem keeps occurring. It seems I can only buy the 1 coin packs , cannot use mut points at all . Gametag is BeastIsNext Xbox.
