Yo, MUT accidentally dropped Ultimate boom challenges early on accident last weekif you played through (as I did when they first dropped) you can’t play through them now and get Christian watsonwhen they dropped last week it was some other rewardgoing to need that customer service grant, and hopefully it doesn’t take as long as ultimate alumni to fix (still don’t have those lol)

Same thing happen to me completed 4 out of the 5 Ultimate Boom challenges last week then disappeared. When they came back yesterday I was gated till this morning. I then re completed the first 4 and then finished the last one. No rewards were granted even thou they say earned, no upgrade token, and no Christian Watson who I was waiting for as an upgrade for my team. I really hope EA fixes this soon, Ultimate team has been great, I’m having my best year yet.

Hello EA last week a number of us myself included unknownly played the Season Of Boom Ultimate Solos that was accidentally released
You released these solos by accident I myself saw them not knowing this wasn't supposed to be out played them
Yesterday 83 Christen Waston Was Released but after playing last solo i did not receive him due to him being unlocked at 11 stars & i already had 12 of 15
Therefore because i had 12 of 15 already completed due to.your mistake i can't unlock waston
You guys owe me 83 Waston can you please grant bim to those of us who can't get him at the moment
Also I Have not received my RP Puca Nuca And RP Fantay pack even though i claimed Nuca & used him in madden 24 also I put 1 RP Set together unlocking 99 Jayden Daniels
I worked hard to put this set together therefore I need my fantasy pack so I can get Tarraim Aronald
I'm not the only one with these issues on Multiple Playstation 5 & UT players are experiencing this problem as well
Can someone from EA please comment on the situation and let us know if you're going to grant us our missing content and when?
Any communication is better then none at all I hope there are make rights for the inconvenience as well
I hope to receive my missing content soon as they will be a big help for my team
I hope these issues are resolved in a timely manner thank you

This has also happened on PS5.
I completed the solos before realising they weren't supposed to have been released yet. Now I am short a Watson card.

Game has officially been out for 2 weeks...
So far, I'm still missing my ultimate alumni cards (per MUT direct twitter the "slow rollout" was meant to finish Friday)
Unable to obtain Christian Watson as my Ultimate Boom solos say completed and still don't have the reward card.
Other people are still missing their rookie premieres.
Countless other glitches such as unlimited 1 coin BND packs, ability to replay legends challenge for unlimited tokens, etc.
What a shame, I quit MyTeam and came to Madden as it seemed like they had a better game mode, which I believe at the core it is, but the infrastructure and level of support with these issues make it much worse overall. EA Help is completely useless when it comes to missing content, the twitter page just flat out lies on timelines, it is really out of hand.
Does any one know of alternate ways of contacting any one from EA that can actually help with missing content? At this point the ultimate alumni cards are pretty useless but I'd love that Watson for my theme team.

Still zero Solo battles. Solo battles bugged for me since last week making me unable to play since last since Aug. 19, 2024. It's Aug. 25 now. I also didn't get rookie premier, christian watson, puka nacua..

No. EA has made it impossible to actually have meaningful contact, and at this point even the admins on the boards, who customer service now insist are the only ones who can help, are ignoring these posts.

@LAFCandBVB They have made it so I cannot make new topics as well. It has been over 2 weeks since we were supposed to get our awards for allot of content. I am still missing 1 ultimate alumni player, and solo battles are no longer tracking scores. It has been really crappy lately.
