CAN A EA EMPLOYEE ASSOCIATE WHATEVER ANYONE RESPOND SND HELP ME

I GET DYSNCED EVERYTIME SOMEONE RUNS THE BALL ON ME EVERY GAME AND I CANT EVEN FINISH A GAME EVERY GAME FOR 2 WEEKS SOMEONE PLEASE HELP [Mass tags removed - CM]

Same thing on my end only when I’m on defense and they run the ball. EA won’t help with the issue and make it impossible to ask for help.
