Can Not Play Offense on Squads

Everytime I pick offensive coordinator and hit ready up the game searches for a game, says we are joining. Then errors out, happens every time. Even when I hit play as any role if it puts me as offense it errors. If it puts me at coach or defense the game goes. Please help!
