Captains Token Removed From Binder

Following the most recent Team Captain update, the token I had used to upgrade Pat Tillman to 91 overall was removed by EA, Tillman is now a 90 ovr but the token that the game removed is not longer in my binder. It seems like this is affecting numerous users but have not seen anything here posted.

Has this impacted anyone else?
