Certain players receive a “bnd” when they aren’t supposed too

I have had multiple cards turn into (account bound aka BND) when these cards were traded up for in a set. This should not be happening. And yes, all there upgrades are off. And no they weren’t traded for a token set that comes Bnd already. I noticed it was happening to all my Steelers players then I noticed it was after I played an online game, after that, all my cards got “Bnd” put on them. I never play H2H games so I don’t know if this is something that happens when you play those games, but it happened to me. I don’t know if that’s what caused it, hopefully you can tell me why. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
