Coins Disappeared From Account
HI ea my 3m coins I got by selling my players randomly dissapered i don't know what happened so I just want to know if I can get that back my user is topguntommy84 on Xbox thank you

It just happened to me yesterday got home from work had 2 mill + coins and just like that there gone imma vet playing mut but this my first time having this happen if ea has a problem with it why not just bring back trades like yes you can’t get revenue out of it but you can safely get your cards with out worrying about a ban and the reason this all happened is i play squads with my friends and was helping my one friend build his team to buy some cards like i understand the ban yes but come on the whole coin wipe is unnecessary like some people been grinding since day one like me and for it to be all gone in a flash is depressing

tcollins21 When that many coins are gone, it only comes down to a few reasons - sanction - a persona was removed from the account. Like your Xbox account or Playstation account for example.
What you would need to do is contact Live Support and have them go through the EA account to see what happened. CMs do not handle missing content claims as we are not a part of live support.
