Crashing During Online Matches

9224978 Hey, for some reason i cannot see the image. Can you please upload another one for me so I can see the specific error?

Also, which modes and games are you playing? 
Is it only online matches?
Do you get the same error every time?
Is it during the match or when the match is over?

any online mode I play I am being kicked online mut, online play now, and superstar. I get kicked during the match and yes it’s the same error every time please help and also you may have to download the image to see it

9224978 Thank you. That specific error is more of a network error than a game error. Are you currently connected via wifi or are you hardwired to your modem?

I am connect to my wifi with a Ethernet cable connected and my router is right next to my Xbox with a upload speed of 400 and a download speed of 300 and I’ve played on a different account with my Xbox and it has worked perfectly but it’s disappointing that I’ve spent over 100 dollars with a 94 over team rating to have to start all over 

EA_ShepardI have been trying to play online ultimate team squad games the past week and have only had success in getting a match twice. I’ve spent over 500 dollars on this game and can’t even load my team into a game. This is very disappointing and very frustrating.
