I 100% agree with you. I chatted with two reps last week. The second one told me that these items (I’m missing my 83 Micah from mobile as well as the 3 80s from CFB) were PURPOSELY GATED by EA until worldwide release Friday, and that I should get the items then. He “marked” my account as “affected” and thanked me for being part of the Madden VIP program/. Well it’s Sunday now and I am in the exact same
spot as last Monday with no progress or TRUTHFUL communication from EA. The “rollout is taking longer than expected” is a crock. EA is purposely gating these items to get people to spend more money on the game. Once I finally get these, the BND 80s will be useless and the 85 will be mid, the 83 Micah may not even find a spot on the team. Based on the fact that this was done ON PURPOSE to specific accounts at launch, I feel as though this is borderline fraudulent of EA. This needs to be resolved asap and there definitely needs to be some kind of make right.

I have tried all fixes - restarting, logging back into both mobile and CFB, completing additional solos, etc. nothing has gotten me the 3 80OVR Alumni cards or the 83 Micah from mobile. Just lost and online game to someone with both Micah and 85 Barkley. Not very fair……..
+1 I’ve tried using support and all you get is the canned copy/paste answers. We’re owed our Ultimate Alumni rewards, the 61500xp token and concessions for all the frustration and time spent here moaning into the dark void. HELLLLOOOOOOOOOOO anyone home?!?
