Customer service?

People on this forum have been saying the same things since the launch: solo battles don't work (either not giving points or aren't playable at all because it doesn't show opponents), challenges aren't working, rewards are missing, etc. There is no way (that I can see) to contact customer service directly so we're left to post on this forum. The moderators on this forum don't respond for days if they respond at all. EA Sports makes millions on this game and the customer service is non-existent.
