Day 4 still no XP or UA Players

going on day 4 of the slow roll out. I have not received a single one of my promised rewards from NCAA. I don’t understand a slow roll out, why not just put a free XP consumable for the token in the store. And ppl can redeem it 1 time. If they already got it as they should than perfect, quick sell for 1000 coins. If you didn’t receive it, but earned it you can redeem it finally as you were promised before setting foot onto the game. Please assist here as I have not gotten any players whatsoever. Super frustrating.
