Deleted post

I'm sure this will also be deleted, but my calling all community managers topic is gone. Any answers to why? 

My questions in that thread are valid and we as a community need answers not censorship!

    Thanks for those details. It's possible the reward is delayed. If it doesn't show up after 24 hours, please open a case with an advisor so they can investigate this further.

    Good morning, are there any further updates on the issues in this and other threads like it? 

    I wonder if you can relay to the people that can fix things about the possibility of the follow proposal for a fix to the Season One XP item from CUT to be redeemed in MUT. If the EA team can put the item needed either in the MUT or CUT store at a price of 1 coin for all the people that reached level 20 in CUT that would fix the issue I believe in a short amount of time. Make the item have zero value to anyone except to use it to complete the set for the XP.

    Would like some form of an update and also if my proposal will work. Thanks

    Apologies for the frustration with this. Unfortunately, I don't have an update. There is a delay with receiving these rewards. For some, they come through quickly. For others, it's taking a lot longer. The best I can advise is to keep waiting or contact an advisor to see if they can assist.

  • @EA_Aljo Well this morning on GMM it was yet again promised that the UA and Season One XP item would be dropping today after the team found the issue. Yet here I am along with others not having the items in question once again in MUT. There literally can't be anymore excuses. I don't believe there are enough words in the dictionary to spell out the frustration level about this. If there weren't so many others still missing the items I would think I'm being punked. To save you some time I know I'll be told there's nothing you can do and to wait yet AGAIN for 24 hours and contact an advisor which will then send me here. This action by EA in general feels like theft by well ummmm I would rather not get banned so I'll keep it to myself. I'm for sure one of the oldest people coming here to "Answers HQ" to get, umm well answers and not getting any. I'm old enough to know I don't have the patience for this level of incompetence. If I ran my company before retiring the way this company runs, I would have been out of business. Any updates would be great. I also guess I'll watch GMM tomorrow and get the same promise that it'll be fixed. Over promising and under delivering should be EA's tag line. Thanks for allowing this rant. /rant off
