Did not receive on the clock token for Travis Hunter

I pre-ordered the MVP over a week ago and have not received the token for my Travis Hunter. At this point just give me a refund I don't want to play your game anymore. You can't just cheat people out of what is owed to them and the customer service is just horrible.
