Did not recieve all items from pack opening

I purchased a 3X of most feared packs from the season specials tab in ultimate team. When I opened all 3 packs I was only given the two 70+ OVR players from the three packs. I was not given any of the 82+ ovr most feared players. I have quintuple checked my inventory and followed all suggested actions on EA help, including the chats which told me to post this here. Can someone please help me get my missing players, or replacement packs.

This happened on Madden 25 on Xbox series X on 11/19/24 @ aapproximately 1130 pm EST
