Did not recieve every item from a pack i opened

Summarize your bug :

I purchased a 3X of most feared packs from the season specials tab in ultimate team. When I opened all 3 packs I was only given the two 70+ OVR players from the three packs. I was not given any of the 82+ ovr most feared players. I have quintuple checked my inventory and followed all suggested actions on EA help.
