I have posted several issues to the bugs forum. It’s been several weeks and the issues don't appear to gather any traction from anyone who monitors these forums.
The lineup glitch was posted to bug reports but only got traction here.
Should we post bugs here, if no one is monitoring the Bug Reports?
Community ManagerJCoke32 Hey, boss, I am glad you asked this. I was in the midst of writting up a little post on the tech board vs the bug board. Let's say you post a thread, then you post another one on the same issue. If it gets reported, or a CM is combing the boards and sees it, it can and typically does get removed as a duplicate post. It is to condense threads to not skew player count when i run a report of those who have the reported issue. Basic CM support for y'all
With AHQ, I could merge them all so they were not scrubbed. I cannot merge them at the moment, so depending on the thread, we post and lock and direct to a main thread, or remove a duplicate.
It should work by defining the difference between a technical issue and a game bug, which usually comes down to the source of the problem—whether it's related to your system/setup or the game's internal design/code.
