Double song play at any moment while in menu... whats the problem?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but why add the "TOP 100 PLAYERS" option when it never shows the top 100?  Always showing -NO DATA AVAILABLE - Come on EA, fix that shhh already.  I want my name back on the board.  Tru Football Fanatic!  Thanks.
