EA ERROR

I still can’t get pass the Ea screen it’s showing a email I don’t have access to and won’t let me put mine in been playing for about three months up until yesterday 3pm it won’t go to the ea screen for me to log in anyone have a solution as to when it’ll be fixed or have a clue what I can do I can’t play ultimate team and I have a 97 overall eagles them team EA if you see this I need your help
