EA is Closing All Cases on Rewards Regardless of Resolution
We finally received our UA crossover rewards the other day, but there has still been no sign of the XP token. Despite this, I received multiple emails that our case had been resolved, rewards had been sent, and all cases were closed. They announced on Twitch this morning that all rewards are now complete. I was able to open a chat with customer service, who looked into it and returned to say "Due to system limitations, I'm unable to help with missing rewards. No one here is able to help with this problem. I will forward your feedback to the EA team."
So, that's it. It's a closed issue, and if you didn't receive something, you are now SOL. Congrats to the people who received multiples of each reward, sorry to anyone who received nothing.
