Error in mut in team builders and team pass defensive touchdowns

I can not complete team builders to get the 94 team builders pack it’s saying I did it already which I have not and also on the team pass my defensive touchdowns are not keeping tally so I can not complete that part. Everything else is talling up except that and I know it says to do online, mut, etc it’s just saying I have zero
