Error When Opening Most Feared Welcome Pack

logged in...opened the most feared welcome pack...got an error...logged back in tried to open something called the sinister ticket something and got an error...now the packs are gone and i have nothing new in my binder...so what am i supposed to do??

    Anytime this happens, we ask that you first reboot the game and check again. If they are not there, check the companion app and see if they show in the binder.

    If they do not, you would need to reach out to live support and have them take a look.
