Game crashing over and over and over and over....

Playing Ultimate Team on PC and my game crashes every 20 minutes. Paid $70 for the damn game and it crashes all the time. All drivers and everything are up to date and lowered my graphics settings. Crashes have been bad for awhile but the update today seemed to make them even worse which I wasn't sure was possible. Any suggestions?
