SOLVED!!
I had the same problem was getting a warning error when i tried to open it but figured it out. All you need to do is have another pack to open, after you open any other random pack, press the button to open the next pack in your inventory. (square on Playstation) and it will open the pack .

I've exited, I tried restarting, won separate packs , bought other packs 3. I just keep trying daily
