Got disconnected to the menus after winning a superbowl on Squads (madden 25)

Dear EA Sports Support Team,

I'm writing regarding an issue I experienced while playing Madden NFL's squad mode. Here are the details:

1. My friend and I just won a Superbowl in the squads game mode.
2. As soon as the game ended, I was disconnected from the server.
3. Due to this disconnection, I didn't receive any of the rewards for winning the Superbowl.

I'm reaching out in hopes that you can verify this game result on your end and grant me the rewards I missed out on due to the disconnection.
