idk what to do everything works in mut except h2h ranked please help

Ranking Points haven't been updated for me in a month. I got stuck at 3198 (champion 3) in season 1 and now stuck at 1250 Bronze 1.
Anyone else had same issue? My ranking won't show at all.
Same here, but my friends are all leveling up. How do we fix this?
