Summarize your bug My RP & Ranking home screen does not update. Leaderboard shows correct point total and record. Currently stuck at Bronze 1 and not changing.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at online head to head home screen.
What happens when the bug occurs? Every time i log in it is visible.
What do you expect to see? For my RP & Ranking to be updated.

Summarize your bug After a game, which was quitted by failure of the internet, my total ranking points falled from over 3000 to under 1500. Could you please restore my ranking points? If I lost this game, that could not cost me over 1500 points, correct? Thank you for your help.

The same happened to me but I won and was in champion 3 then got dropped to bronze 2 after a win i need my record and rank restored
