Summarize your bug My RP & Ranking home screen does not update. Leaderboard shows correct point total and record. Currently stuck at Bronze 1 and not changing.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at online head to head home screen.
What happens when the bug occurs? Every time i log in it is visible.
What do you expect to see? For my RP & Ranking to be updated.

Ranking Demotion, my previous status was Elite1 with 2308pts. Although I just won a conceded victory, I was demoted to Bronze 1539pts?
Do EA have a fix?
same problem did you find a solution?Assuming you have the digital version of the game the glitch happens if you leave your console in rest mode with the game open. What worked for me was uninstalling and reinstalling and always closing the game out when I’m done and not leaving the game open while in rest mode. Hope this helps.
