Been glitchy since ‘new season’ but today my entire season reset and now after a win the meter hardly moves but if i lose i drop a whole division? Cannot see record and leaderboards unavailable.
how many f-ups can one company and game have? You guys cannot add a patch without adding more problems. How about getting rid of this ripped off tier and season format for online h2h. Do what you normally do and just copy and paste the previous years format. Nobody asked for this.
Yep..same happened.. i was reset to 1485 points and i won a few games , was up to 1650 and i lost it took 102 points from me..this game is broken and needs serious help.. makes me not even want to play..cant even hear my opponent talking [removed] either

Anyone else Winning Games but then the RP points are subtracting like you're losing games? In my last 8 games since the reset of the season im 8-0 but I keep getting points subtracted. My last game I won 35-6 and they subtracted 9 points???
Same @uuhohh It’s crazy how the number of issues for this game is growing the longer it’s out. This whole season, tier system is beyond awful and anyone who plays online h2h would’ve told EA to leave it as it was last year.

I agree who asked for a record reset etc..
For normal ranked online h2h (no MUT), we don't need seasons or record resets. I only care about my accumulative record over the course of the year. Who gives a damn about monthly seasons in online ranked h2h?
- @Wilk5280 I disagree as we do need rank resets. It keeps the leaderboards honest and gives others a real chance at being on the top 100 and I’m good with seasons
Swear makes me so irritated. I won and it dropped my rank. Smh game is horrible

Wanted to jump in on the H2H issues reported by the community. I need to clarify some info as there seems to be a mixture of issues happening.

@EA_Shepard given the amount of people on thread wouldn’t it be easier for you to relay message? It spans all platforms and is for online h2h. Records, leaderboards say no information available. When you win your ranking sometimes goes down and at best barely moves up. When you lose it often goes down an entire division. Fairly certain everyone here would say this exactly
Also jersey selections still do not work. Since launch btw. Online h2h and all platforms.
- @mtindal888 I’m right there with you. 22-6 at the present and bronze 2. Somebody is 1-7 and ranked 43 points higher than me.. make it make sense.. first no custom play books, kick meters no one asked for, changing the camera which should be options based.. they really are looking like amateurs in the dev dept.

Wanted to drop in with an update. I escalated all the players I could find so far to the team and let them know we have multiple issues with H2H matches, leaderboards, ranks etc.
The main one for the leaderboard would be the Leaderboard Not Updating!
Once we get more updates from the team, we will let everyone know.
