H2H Leaderboard Not Updating Rank

I just won a game in the Online Head 2 Head mode, and somehow by winning, I lost 1300 RP and fell from Hero 2 to Bronze 2. Please help me restore my rank. My PSN is BATMAN1010namtab.

ranking system is broken; it says I’m negative 1700 for bronze but I win 8/10 games and my friend leaderboard has me around 3500.. but on the H2H screen it says I’m  not even ranked.. WTH

Is anybody else Ultimate Team rank play not work or MUT???

I was was 34-0 online and I wasn’t getting any ranking points I was stuck at bronze 2 days ago

Ok, i signed on yesterday after almost a full week without playing M25, i was pleasantly suprised to see my record has been reset to 0-0 after having a dismal 65-140 prior record.. I went ahead and happily played 11 games and my "new" record stood at 8-3, so anxiously all day at work i couldnt wait til the day was over so i could log back in and continue my pursuit of Top 100...WELP that DIDNT happen, i found my record was AGAIN 0-0..what gives EA? what is your plan? what evil mind tricks are you playing on all of us? Im sure everyone would like an explanation

does this have to do anything with the ability to play ranked gmaes ? I only play ranked h2h games, no MUT and all I can do is play unranked games. Unranked is not worth my time. What am I missing ? I cant seem to get a direct explanantion on whats going on, and what I’m missing 

YES..Thats all i play also is H2H and i noticed the reset so i thought it was a legit reset cause EA had messed up the game but still launched it...i guess i was wrong and now continue to play...i have no idea what my record is now and i still cant see my opponent before start of game.....in all honesty, i have been a Madden player since the first release on Sega back in the early 1990s, the BEST version i have ever seen was Madden 2008, it allowed you to join a room and put a password on your game that you only gave to a player and team you wanted to play..all this just join is crap because i would like to know what to prepare for..am i playing the Ravens or the Steelers? i would have time to adjust my playbook and also my mindset..oh, did i mention that madden 08 also gave you a complete statistic review of your opponent?..Here we are 16 years later and its all fugged up..smfh

Summarize your bug Played 2 back to back H2H games and won, but lost RP. Played someone and they conceded score 0-0, back to menu and lost RP Then played someone who was kicked for grieving, back to menu and lost RP again. I decided not to test anymore and got off. Very unfortunate tbh.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I would just follow the steps on what I explained previously if possible. I’d like to add that the W does show up on the last 10 games.
What happens when the bug occurs? Loss RP
What do you expect to see? If I get a W I expect my RP + not negative.

I do not have any additional pictures or info. Everything that happened is exactly how I explained it. 

They better reset the deadline time to get these cards it is Saturday 10/5 and still restricted.

What is going on with the online H2H !?? That’s the only mode I play and all of a sudden it’s tripping out , why am I getting demoted for wins ? EA we NEED ANSWERS this is ridiculous man . Y’all so focused on MUT y’all messing up the rest of the game . When will this be fixed !??
