H2H Leaderboard Not Updating Rank

I keep getting an “ Attention Restricted” message when trying to enter a H2H ranked game in Ultimate Team. Tried chatting with EA help but they couldn’t figure it out. I’m not banned or anything and my account hasn’t been compromised. Any advice to fix this nonsense? 

Mine happen after the weekly update I was playing the night before when I got on I got the rewards for season one then went to try to play and now it says restricted everything else works but ranked  play 

how can I get my rank back on madden 25!ps5  it took it away after the network shutdown

same here don’t understand why 

Yesterday my record was wiped and from the looks of it on my end so was everyone else’s online I was Champion 3 now that it’s back going I keep winning my by RP hasn’t moved at all  in 8 wins straight im still on bronze 1 

When I try to play h2h in mut I keep getting this error and can't find anything on it? Can someone help or is anyone else having this issue? Can play champs and everything else fine. This happened after psn went down. Thanks
